With nearly a decade of experience, Luong is the driving force behind Team Simply Homes at COMPASS. Inspired by his own overwhelming experience buying his first home, Luong is on a mission to guide families through the home-buying process. Based in Suwanee, Luong leads a team of 19 agents with a wide reach throughout Metro Atlanta, from Flowery Branch to Peachtree City. Specializing in serving millennial buyers, Luong takes pride in understanding their preferences and priorities. While most of Luong's clients come through word of mouth, referred by satisfied clients, he strives to build a connection with each client. His trustworthiness, deep knowledge, and professionalism have earned him a reputation as a real estate agent and a true friend. In addition to his residential business, Luong has recently ventured into real estate development and commercial real estate.

 

He brings his passion for transforming spaces and creating opportunities to this new arena. Luong aims to infuse commercial projects with the same level of expertise and enthusiasm he brings to his residential business. He has also helped several of his residential clients make their first foray into commercial real estate. Outside of his real estate endeavors, Luong enjoys home renovation projects and actively participates in his community by hosting charity fundraising events through sports tournaments. He cherishes quality family time and often embarks on road trips with his wife and kids.
