But to top it off, he managed to negotiate a deal with his other client where we purchased their home privately without having to deal with the crazy buyer's market. Dewey is a master chess player with a fantastic team behind him to support these kinds of complicated transactions. From securing a home loan to getting your home inspected, Dewey has relationships with experts to help during every phase of the real estate transaction. I have a future desire to become a rental property owner and of course, I'll reach out to Dewey to help make those dreams come true as he has in the past. I don't think it's possible to be disappointed with his work. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, that Dewey may also be one of the kindest people I know. It makes working with him that much easier.

He knows the numbers aspect and the social aspect of buying a home. With his expertise, I bought an amazing home.
